Born in Banikoara, Benin in 2000, I pursued my interest in statistics by completing a bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics at the National School of Statistics, Planning, and Demography at the University of Parakou in 2019. Building on my academic foundation, I gained valuable experience through internships with national and international organizations focused on agriculture and health. In 2021, I embarked on a two-year Master’s degree program in Data Science at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University – Morocco. For my final year internship, I am currently working with the International Fertilizer and Development Center in Ghana, utilizing Lintul-2 model to estimate water-limited maize yield and performing spatial analysis of yield gaps in Ghana. My ultimate goal is to leverage the power of machine learning and artificial intelligence to make a positive impact on the lives of farmers. In addition to my academic pursuits, I am also actively involved in volunteer work with NGOs as APESSA - Benin focused on gender equity, women’s empowerment, and education in rural areas. Through these activities, I hope to contribute to making a difference in the lives of those facing many challenges and uncertainties.
