Lorena de los Angeles Guachi-Guachi

Lorena received her BSc in Systems Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo, Ecuador in 2009. After her bachelor studies, Lorena worked for Smartwork S.A. and Produbanco S.A. in Quito, Ecuador, where she was software developer and systems manager, respectively, until she joined University of Calabria as Ph.D student in 2013. In 2016, Lorena did her doctoral internship in the Computer Vision Research Group, at University of Amsterdam, Netherlands. In 2017, she obtained the Ph.D degree in Science and Technologies of Complex Systems from the University of Calabria, Italy. From 2017 to 2020, she worked as a Researcher-Lecturer at the School of Mathematical and Computational Sciences, University of Yachay Tech, Ecuador. Currently, she is a researcher at The Biorobotics Institute, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna (Italy).
