Luz Marina Sierra was born in Bucaramanga (Santander -Colombia), is a Computer engineer from the University Industrial of Santander, project management specialist, Master in Administration -MBA, from the ICESI University in agreement with Tulane University, Master in Telematic Engineering and PhD in Telematic Engineering. She is currently a full professor in the Systems Department of the University of Cauca. His areas of interest are IT Project Management, Metaheuristic Algorithms, Language Revitalization, Information Retrieval.
